Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail stores. Please read below carefully.

Made-to-Order Items

All items are produced specifically for you once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’re happy to help.

  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Please email us with clear photo or video proof showing the issue
  • You will receive either a free replacement or a refund
  • No return is required for damaged or defective items

Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5”) are considered normal for production and are not classified as defects.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence
  • We’ll issue a replacement or refund once confirmed

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Orders that are significantly delayed or stuck in transit may qualify for a refund or replacement depending on the shipping timeframe and tracking status
  • If tracking shows an item as delivered but you did not receive it, additional documentation (such as a non-delivery confirmation) may be required

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins
  • Once an item has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@goodforthesoulart.com

Include :

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  • Reason for return

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you have received a defective item, we're happy to send a replacement. Please contact us at support@goodforthesoulart.com to arrange an exchange.
