Are your products made to order?
Yes! All of our products are made specifically for you once your order is placed. This means we don't hold inventory — each item is produced on demand just for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once your item is in production, we're unable to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@goodforthesoulart.com if you need to cancel.
Can I change my size, color, or style after ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes after an order is placed. Because items go into production quickly, please double-check your selections before completing checkout.
Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
How long will shipping take?
Most items arrive within 5–15 business days after processing. Some products (such as sneakers and handbags) may be fulfilled internationally and can take up to 30 days to arrive.
Will all my items arrive together?
Not necessarily. Items in the same order may ship separately depending on the product type and fulfillment location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order is significantly delayed or appears stuck in transit, please contact us at support@goodforthesoulart.com and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout, or for buyer's remorse/change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Please report damaged, defective, or manufacturing error items within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. We'll provide a free replacement or refund. Contact us at support@goodforthesoulart.com.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Please report incorrect or missing items within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We'll make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
